Funciona seg\u00fan la Ley de Inducci\u00f3n Electromagn\u00e9tica de Faraday. Puede medir el caudal volum\u00e9trico de l\u00edquidos con conductancia superior a 5 \u03bcS\/cm. No solo mide el caudal volum\u00e9trico de l\u00edquidos conductores, sino tambi\u00e9n de l\u00edquidos corrosivos, como \u00e1cidos fuertes, \u00e1lcalis y suspensiones bif\u00e1sicas (l\u00edquido-s\u00f3lido) como lodos, pulpa de mineral, pulpa de papel, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Es ampliamente utilizado en los campos del petr\u00f3leo, la industria qu\u00edmica, la metalurgia, los textiles, la fabricaci\u00f3n de papel, la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente, la alimentaci\u00f3n, la administraci\u00f3n municipal, los proyectos de riego y el dragado de r\u00edos, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Principio de funcionamiento<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la Ley de Inducci\u00f3n Electromagn\u00e9tica de Faraday, se instalan en la pared del tubo un par de electrodos de medici\u00f3n perpendiculares tanto al eje del tubo como al flujo magn\u00e9tico. Cuando el l\u00edquido conductor se mueve a lo largo del eje del tubo, interrumpe el flujo magn\u00e9tico y se produce la tensi\u00f3n inducida. Esta tensi\u00f3n inducida es proporcional al caudal y su valor es:<\/p>\n<p>E=KB\u1e7cD<\/p>\n<p>E = KB\\(\\overline{V}\\)D<\/p>\n<p>E = Induced voltage<\/p>\n<p>K = coefficient related to the distribution of magnetic field etc.<\/p>\n<p>B = magnetic flux intensity<\/p>\n<p>V= average flow velocity of conductive liquid<\/p>\n<p>D = distance between electrodes, (inner diameter of tube)<\/p>\n<p>El sensor considera la tensi\u00f3n inducida E como se\u00f1al de caudal y la transmite al convertidor. Mediante amplificaci\u00f3n, filtro de conversi\u00f3n y un procesamiento digital, el caudal instant\u00e1neo y acumulado se muestra en la pantalla LCD retroiluminada. El convertidor cuenta con salida de 4-20 mA, alarma de l\u00edmite superior\/inferior y salidas de frecuencia, y conexi\u00f3n de comunicaci\u00f3n RS-485 con protocolo HART, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Caracter\u00edsticas<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El tubo de medici\u00f3n no tiene deflector. Su p\u00e9rdida de presi\u00f3n es nula y no se obstruye f\u00e1cilmente.<\/li>\n<li>Siempre que el material del electrodo y del revestimiento se seleccionen de manera razonable, el medidor puede cumplir con los requisitos de resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y al desgaste.<\/li>\n<li>El resultado de la medici\u00f3n no tiene nada que ver con la presi\u00f3n, temperatura, densidad, viscosidad, conductividad (debe ser mayor que la conductividad m\u00ednima) y otros par\u00e1metros f\u00edsicos del l\u00edquido, y no se ver\u00eda afectado por el medio ambiente, por lo que el resultado es de alta precisi\u00f3n, estabilidad y confiabilidad.<\/li>\n<li>El uso de tecnolog\u00eda moderna de conversi\u00f3n de se\u00f1ales anal\u00f3gicas y un chip integrado a gran escala de alto rendimiento para aislar, filtrar, amplificar y procesar se\u00f1ales hace que el resultado de la medici\u00f3n sea m\u00e1s preciso.<\/li>\n<li>Los par\u00e1metros que afectan los resultados de la medici\u00f3n se monitorean y corrigen autom\u00e1ticamente, como la correcci\u00f3n de la deriva del cero. En cuanto al rango completo, se utiliza el ajuste y la correcci\u00f3n del coeficiente de flujo de subsecci\u00f3n. Por lo tanto, se ampl\u00eda el rango de medici\u00f3n, se mejora el grado de inteligencia y la precisi\u00f3n de la medici\u00f3n, y se mejora considerablemente la estabilidad.<\/li>\n<li>El medidor cuenta con protecci\u00f3n contra apagado y alarma de sobrerango. La direcci\u00f3n del flujo del fluido dentro del sensor es configurable, por lo que su instalaci\u00f3n no est\u00e1 limitada por la direcci\u00f3n del flujo del l\u00edquido, permitiendo la medici\u00f3n de flujo bidireccional.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizando una pantalla LCD de matriz de puntos de doble fila con luz de fondo para mostrar el flujo instant\u00e1neo y el flujo acumulativo al mismo tiempo, as\u00ed como el estado de trabajo, los par\u00e1metros y la unidad de medici\u00f3n, etc.<\/li>\n<li>El medidor tiene un amplio rango (flujo m\u00e1ximo \/ flujo m\u00ednimo), el rango de aplicaci\u00f3n normal es 20:1 y generalmente 30:1 o m\u00e1s amplio.<\/li>\n<li>La configuraci\u00f3n del instrumento ofrece diversas funciones de salida.
