Body and bonnet connection
Gate valves are usually connected with studs and nuts;
Casket of Cover Flange
Carbon steel orstainless steel +flexible graphite combined gasketisused for gatevalve;Ring joint gasket isused for PN160 gatevalve.
Actuation
Hand wheel orgearbox is usually used for gate valve actuation. Chain wheeland electric actuator can be also used for gate valve actuation if being requested by the customers.
Seat
The sealing surlace of the seat is spray welded with hard alloy specified by the customer. For stainless steel gate valve Integral scatis usually adopted,ortoweld hard alloy direclly integrally.gatevalve if beingrequested by thecustomcr,ifthecustomer have anyother request about theseal please kindly advise before placing the order.
Back seating design
For stainless steel gate valve, the back seat is machined directly in the bonnet or is machined after welding.
